PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING

All items are carefully handmade and are not mass produced. Please allow 48 hours for processing. All purchases made after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Online Items: 5-7 business days for delivery.

  • Custom items: 10-14 business days for delivery.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information once package is shipped via email.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Each handbag is thoroughly inspected and securely packaged prior to shipping. If you are truly unpleased with your purchase, please notify us at Info@Glosstress.com. We will gladly accept EXCHANGES and CANCELLATIONS only. Purchaser pays all shipping cost for exchanges. Please contact Info@Glosstress.com prior to sending any items.

  • Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within: 10 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact Info@Glosstress.com within 2 business days of delivery to receive a non-defective/damaged item.

Custom and Personalized Items

Due of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Glosstress Handbags is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Orders or $100 will require signature for delivery.
